Melanotan II (MT2) Instructions

Preparation
1. Pull off the blue cap from the Melanotan II vial.
2. Clean the rubber tops of both the Melanotan II vial and the sterile water vial with an alcohol wipe (included in the kit).
3. Fill your syringe with 1 mL of sterile water.
4. Insert the needle into the centre of the grey rubber seal on the Melanotan vial. Slowly inject the water down the side of the vial—avoid spraying directly onto the powder.
5. Gently roll the vial between your fingers until the powder is fully dissolved. Do not shake.
6. Store the mixed vial in the fridge until ready to use.

For Nasal Spray Preparation

Follow the same steps above using 2 full syringes (2 mL each) of sterile water per vial.
Then combine both mixed vials into the nasal spray bottle.

Storage Lifespan
• Mixed solution: up to 6 months in the fridge
• Unmixed vials: up to 12 months in a cool, dark place
Product Details

Each vial contains 10 mg (10,000 mcg) of freeze-dried Melanotan II peptide.
Add 1 mL of antibacterial injection water to prepare your solution.

Dosage & Use

Daily Dose:
Administer 0.1 mL (1 mg) of the mixed solution daily until your desired skin tone is achieved.

Once your ideal tan is reached, continue 0.1 mL weekly to maintain results.

💡 Tip: Because mild nausea is common, many users prefer to inject at night before bed.

If side effects are strong, add more water to further dilute the solution and halve your daily dose until your body adjusts.

Suggested Schedule

Tolerance & Adjustment (Days 1–3)

Start with 100 mcg daily (0.1 mL) to build tolerance and reduce side effects.

Beginning Phase (Days 4–7)

Increase to 250 mcg daily (0.25 mL).
You may start noticing a light tan even without sun exposure.

Loading Method #1 (Days 8–21)

Continue 250–500 mcg daily (0.25–0.5 mL) depending on comfort and results.
UV exposure speeds up and deepens tanning.

Loading Method #2 (Days 8–21)

For faster results:
• Take 250–300 mcg before sun exposure and another 250–300 mcg after.
• On non-tanning days, use a single 250–300 mcg dose.

Loading Method #3 (Days 8–21)

For a gradual approach:
Use 100 mcg every second day.

Maintenance (Weekly)

Once your desired colour is achieved, maintain with 500 mcg weekly, or split into two smaller doses if preferred.

• Retatrutide and Semaglutide are typically administered once per week, preferably in the morning.
• Doses are gradually increased every 4 weeks to allow your body to adjust.

Administering Retatrutide (5 mg Vials)

Use 1 mL insulin syringes for accurate dosing. Each vial contains 5 mg of Retatrutide peptide.

Weeks 1–4
• Dose: 2 mg once per week
• Syringe draw: 0.4 mL (to the number 4 on a 1 mL insulin syringe)

Weeks 5–8
• Dose: 4 mg once per week
• Syringe draw: 0.8 mL (to the number 8 on the syringe)

Weeks 9–12
• Dose: 9 mg once per week
• How to take: 2 injections if using 5 mg vials
• Each injection: 0.9 mL (to the number 9)
• Total weekly amount: 9 mg
• Note: At this stage, switching to 10 mg Retatrutide vials is recommended for convenience and accuracy.

Week 13 and Onwards
• Dose: 12 mg once per week
• Continue once-weekly dosing unless otherwise advised by your healthcare provider.
Storage & Handling
• Store unmixed vials in a cool, dark place.
• Once mixed, refrigerate at 2–8°C.
• Avoid freezing and keep away from direct sunlight.

Important Notes
• Always use a new sterile syringe and needle for each injection.
• Rotate injection sites (e.g., abdomen, thigh, upper arm) to prevent irritation.
• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember — unless it’s within 2 days of your next scheduled dose.
