1. Pull off the blue cap from the Melanotan II injection vial.
2. Clean the surfaces of both vials with an alcohol wipe (included in the kit).
3. Fill your syringe with 2 mL of sterile water (1 mL at a time).
4. Insert the needle through the centre of the grey rubber cap on the Melanotan vial and slowly inject the water down the side of the vial, not directly onto the powder.
5. Gently roll the vial between your fingers until the powder dissolves completely. Do not shake.
6. Store the mixed vial in the fridge until ready to use.

For nasal spray:
Repeat the same steps using 2 full syringes (2 mL each) of water per vial. Combine the mixed solution from both vials into the nasal spray bottle.

Storage lifespan:
• Mixed solution: up to 6 months in the fridge
• Unmixed vials: up to 12 months in a cool, dark place

Each vial contains: 10mg (10,000mcg) of freeze-dried Melanotan II peptide.
Add 1mL of antibacterial injection water to the vial.

Daily dose:
Administer 0.1mL (1mg) of the dissolved solution daily until your desired skin tone is achieved.
Once your ideal tan is reached, continue 0.1mL weekly to maintain results.

💡 Tip: Because mild nausea is common, many users prefer to inject at night before bed.

If side effects are too strong:
Add more water to dilute the peptide and reduce your daily dose by half until your body adjusts.

Tolerance & Adjustment (Days 1–3)
Start with 100mcg daily (0.1mL) to build tolerance and minimise side effects.

Beginning Phase (Days 4–7)
Increase to 250mcg daily (0.25mL).
You’ll start noticing a light tan even without sun exposure.

Loading Method #1 (Days 8–21)
Continue 250–500mcg daily (0.25–0.5mL) depending on your comfort and desired intensity.
With UV exposure, results appear faster and deeper.

Loading Method #2 (Days 8–21)
For faster results, take 250–300mcg before sun exposure and another 250–300mcg after.
On non-tanning days, use a single 250–300mcg dose.

Loading Method #3 (Days 8–21)
For a gradual approach, use 100mcg every second day.

Maintenance (Weekly)
Once desired colour is achieved, maintain with 500mcg weekly, split into two smaller doses if preferred.

Each nasal spray provides approximately 40 sprays when filled with 4mL of water.
• Initial use: 2 sprays daily (1 spray per nostril).
• Maintenance: 2 sprays weekly to maintain results.
• If side effects occur: reduce to 1 spray daily, then increase again once your body adjusts.

Each 2 sprays = 1mg of peptide.
